Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated.

During launches, limited releases, holidays, or preorder periods, processing times may be extended.

Domestic Shipping

Orders within the United States are shipped via trusted carriers selected at checkout.

Tracking information will be provided once an order has been fulfilled.

International Shipping

Singh Stables is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or international carriers.

Carrier Responsibility

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Singh Stables is not responsible for transit-related delays, losses, or delivery interruptions.

Delivery Estimates

Orders are processed in 3–5 business days, then ship. Typical transit times after dispatch:

• United States (Standard): 2–3 weeks, tracking number provided
• Australia (Standard): 2–3 weeks, tracking number provided
• Rest of world: Standard 2–3 weeks, or Express 3–7 days — tracking provided on both

Tracking information is emailed as soon as your order is fulfilled — check spam if you don’t see it.

Shipping Rates

• US orders over $100: free
• US orders under $100: [flat rate — see Settings → Shipping and delivery]
• Canada: prices in CAD with duties included at checkout — no fees on delivery

International Orders

We ship worldwide. For non-Canada international orders, duties and taxes are calculated at checkout where supported; where they aren’t, the buyer is responsible for any charges on delivery.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.

Orders over $100 (US) ship free. Canadian orders: prices in CAD, duties included at checkout — no fees on delivery.
